I rarely leave reviews, but I had to share how amazing Elise was. I found myself in a really upsetting situation where I hadn't received my wedding pictures from my photographer, so I hadn't been able to start my project, and my prepaid voucher was about to expire so I was starting to panic that I’d lose the money altogether.Elise responded with such kindness and professionalism. She immediately understood how important this was to me and dealt with everything quickly and calmly. She completely put me at ease, reassured me that I wouldn’t lose my voucher, and made sure I had the time I needed to get everything sorted. I’m so grateful for her help—thank you Elise, for turning a stressful moment into a positive experience. A real credit to the team! I don't doubt that when I am able to finally complete my project, my wedding magazine will be perfect if this customer experience is what to go by.
