If you're not happy with your purchase due to your own error, such as a spelling mistake or if you've used images below our recommended resolution, we're happy to help you fix it and share the cost of a replacement. In such cases, we may ask that you return the item and we can arrange for a reprint at 50% of the normal retail price.
Please note, we do not offer a color correction service. We print images true to the supplied files, within the limitations of digital printing. We take any customer complaints about image quality seriously but reserve the right to reject any complaints if our investigations shows print result matches the original images.
