All MILK products take time to carefully craft by hand. Premium Photo Albums take an estimated 14-21 days in production. All products are then shipped from Hong Kong via Priority Shipping (a premium express service) or Economy Shipping. Final shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Our Premium range features lay-flat binding which allows the spine and pages to open and lie completely flat. This means you can open your album on the coffee table and enjoy panoramic spreads across two pages. Compared to other binding techniques, none of your imagery will be lost in the gutter or confined to a single page. Your images will spread elegantly across your coffee table, elevating your experience in way that other binding techniques can’t.
6-color printing for vibrant quality
Enjoy photos that come to life and take you right there. Our 6-color printing technology goes two steps beyond the usual CYMK process, adding a lighter shade of cyan (LC) and a lighter magenta (LM) for a deeper, more detailed finish. The durability of this ink will keep your memories as vibrant as the day they were made.
Archival quality, sustainable paper
We believe your precious memories deserve to be preserved for the long term, which is why we use acid-free, earth-friendly sustainable paper. Choose from Photo Lustre (our most popular paper) in a classic Semi-gloss, or Eggshell paper for a more understated, contemporary feel. The vibrancy of your images will last for generations on our age-resistant, archival papers in one of our luxurious, lay-flat Premium Albums.

Yes, MILK Premium Photo Albums are created using archival quality materials. This means that they are carefully handcrafted to be passed down to the next generation. Our Premium cover fabrics include high quality European linens and Coated cloth, as well as 4 Italian Milano leather options exclusive to our Premium Photo Albums. Our paper stocks are acid-free, archival and sustainably sourced. MILK Photo Albums are designed to last more than a lifetime and following our careful care instructions will ensure your photo album remains in top condition. Here are our recommendations:
- Store your album flat, not standing.
- Support the binding; never hold your album solely by its cover.
Premium Photo Albums range from 24-64 pages. Please Note: Photo Albums with over 46 pages use a slightly thinner board (0.88mm compared to our standard 1.15mm) to account for the higher page count.
There are two paper options available with our Premium Photo Album range:
- Photo Lustre - 260gsm, FSC® certified, acid-free and archival quality.
- Eggshell - 216gsm, FSC® certified, acid-free and archival quality.
Photo Lustre is coated for a glossy finish. Eggshell is uncoated and lightly textured. Both paper types are mounted onto board with our Premium Photo Albums, giving your album a traditional feel.
Photo Lustre is our most popular paper type, giving a vibrant print result. It's especially popular for wedding albums. Eggshell paper stock is slightly more muted making it popular among those creating art projects and Traditional Photo Albums.
The standard sizes for photo albums are:
- 4 x 6 photo albums
- 6 x 4 photo albums
- 5 x 7 photo albums
- 7 x 5 photo albums
- 8 x 10 photo albums
While we don't offer these sizes in our Premium Photo Album range, we have a variety of Portrait, Landscape and Square options available in two sizes: Medium or Large:

We currently don't offer small photo albums in our Premium range but our Small Landscape Classic Photo Book (7x5.2" or 17.8x13.2cm) is a handy, everyday size. We currently don't offer an extra large photo album, but our Classic Photo Album is our largest available at 13x11" or 33x27.9cm.
6-color printing is a step above the standard 4-color or CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key or Black) process. With the addition of 2 more colors, Lighter Cyan and Lighter Magenta, the 6-color process is able to produce a stunning print result with much more depth and detail. We print in 6-color using durable top-grade inks to ensure your photos are recreated in true-to-life color and won't fade on the page with time.
