Fabulous quality and creating the book was straightforward enough. I liked that it flagged any potential issues with printing such as flagging poor resolution images to ensure you get exactly what you expect. Would buy again

There was some confusion and frustration initially regarding the shipping cost to Serbia, and at first, I felt that the customer service could have been more accommodating.
However, once my concern was escalated, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful and professional response from Tessa, the Production Coordinator. She handled everything with care, offered a full refund of the shipping cost, and provided a generous promotional code for future use.
