We had reached out to customer service a few times as we wanted to use our Milk Book as a guest book at our wedding. They gave quick, helpful responses as well as sent samples to our home to test and feel. I even reached out on a few questions while building the book and again, super quick responses and super helpful. The portal you build your design in is very user friendly and easy to see your design come to life. Shipping was as promised and our book was carefully package. It is STUNNING.
