Everything is thought of! The level of personalisation and detail in making the books was fantastic. It's great getting a PDF preview to check how things will look once printed, and good to be able to check for any errors. Pricing is very reasonable, shipping was super fast too. Really happy with our album and can't wait to see Nan's face when she unwraps it on Christmas Day.

I chose Milkbooks because I really wanted the "journal" shape that they offered and the 200 pages that were possible in that format. I also wanted to add writing and drawing to the photobook and loved that they offered an untreated textured paper, a level of quality that accepts my pen's ink but doesn't bleed to the back. I got frustrated at times when building the pages that the program was not as user friendly as some of the other companies I have used in the past, but for me the finished product is exactly as I had hoped and made whatever struggle I had during the process well worth the time to overcome. It is absolutely gorgeous. Linen cover, lovely paper, lay flat format, beautiful color inks-- I love how it does not feel like a magazine, but rather a lovely book in your hands.The whole book spans 30 years of photos and it took ages for me to put it together. Twice I had to ask for extensions on my time limit. The support team members were wonderfully understanding, and helpful when I got stuck with a technical quandary. After I catch my breath, I'm going to get started on Volume II.
