I ordered a photo book from Milk towards the end of December and everything aspect of the process was handled impeccably. The editing software was excellent and I could easily achieve the look and layout that I required. Throughout the whole process, Milk kept me updated re delivery times etc. My photo book arrived in early January and I was thoroughly delighted by the amazing quality.
