Best photo book I’ve ever seen, Great product quality, page stock and picture resolution were better than expected. Interface for creating book was very intuitive but would like to see some improvements with text editor. Also duties were etc to cost so need to keep that in mind when ordering, Will definitely recommend and use again! Very pleased.

Best money we spent. This is an album we will have forever. The quality of the linen cover through to the card pages is so high. We got it shipped to us from Hong Kong to Sydney, Australia during a pandemic and it took 10 days less than the estimated time. Everyone I have shown it to loves the lay flat pages and is in awe of the quality. Our photographer was going to charge us double the amount we paid and this way I got to choose all the photos that were most special to us. Interface is easy enough to use once you get used to it. I recommend creating an album of the favourite photos you want to include and uploading those to make the creating process easier. But really I am so impressed and glad I went with this company. Their phone customer service in NZ is also lovely for those random questions you can’t find the answer to.

I used Milk to create a book of my newborn daughter and it is just the most gorgeous quality. It’s so beautiful to have such a high quality piece to keep forever.

My wife and I purchased several wedding albums for family members and they exceeded all expectations. Our family members were overwhelmed at the quality and feel of the fabric, we’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Our books came in fast and are beautiful. The quality of our 2 parent albums and 1 wedding album is one of the best I’ve seen. The pages are thick and the images are bright and beautiful. My only difficulty when ordering these books was the way the website is set up to make the books. I had a hard time figuring out how to order and get into the book setup, however the customer service chat was AMAZING. They were extremely responsive and helpful. The customer service team even helped to format my smaller parent albums into the big album for ourselves! That saved so much time!!! Thank you MILK - we were not one bit disappointed, we LOVE our wedding albums!!!
