Everything was just how I expected it to look. Quality great too

After 7 years of being married we finally decided on putting all our memories into a photo album. After trawling through Google we found MILK and have not turned back. Working their website and navigating the process of making and doing the layout of our book was an absolute dream. Easy and fun to play with it really was so much fun going through our old memories while getting all laid out in the way we wanted and with options of additional layouts it made it even easier. When our photo album arrived (only a few weeks to be fair) it was better than we ever expected! The pictures came out crystal clear and the quality and actual fabric and pages of the book was ever better than we expected. We are so grateful to MILK for an album we are so proud of and so excited to show our friends and family. Our only suggestion - for the linen front cover, and the photo stuck on top, I think having the photo embossed into the cover rather than stuck on might help in the future with the front cover photo peeling off or slowing having the corners raise over time. By embossing the image into the cover, the sides of the photo would have a bit more protection. Simple silly thing but an option and suggestion. While the price was a little more than other photo book companies, the quality and craftsmanship of the book far exceeds any other photo book companies we have used before. Thank you MILK!

This is the first service I have used to create a photo album. I was impressed with the quality for the price and how easy it was to do! I would definitely use MILK to create another album!
