Someone had gifted me a gift card for a first year album for my daughter. Unfortunately the gift card expired before my daughter's first birthday. Milk Books was really good about extending the deadline with no hassle. They also answered A Lot of my questions in the process of creating the book.
The books are certainly pricey but the quality is outstanding. My other photobooks don't even compare.
