Initially the platform was cumbersome and took a while to figure out but the customer service was excellent, the shipping was quick and it arrived beautifully packaged ( the care and thoughtfulness that went into the packaging was obvious). The end result was beautiful.

Beautiful quality books - I am so so pleased. We brought our wedding album (luxury album with the keepsake box) and it will be something we can always cherish.
