The best customers service I have ever expeienced in my life. They are very fast in getting back to you and they always understand and solve your problem. As for the process, when you understand how to create your book, it becomes super easy and time saving. Many layout options, different styles, beautiful paper qualities and covers colours. and of course the packaging is sublime and enveronmental friendly. I highly reccomend.

Beautiful book, so easy to make and the finished product is perfect!

The books are really beautiful and excellent quality, but i will say, I was not prepared for how massive they are! I ordered the large lay flat albums, each page is heavy cardstock - the book itself weighs over 5 lbs!

I was a little apprehensive about ordering a photo book after i had a previously bad experience with another photobook company and especially one of this price point... When it arrived I was blown away by the book and the over all print quality! Wow, it was absolutely amazing. The photos were printed very sharp and true to colour and tone. Also the over all process of making the book was very easy. They are definitely worth every cent. I'll be recommending this company to all my family and friends and use them again in the near future.
