I love the quality of the images inside of the album. I also love the feel of the book itself, the linen looks and feels very premium.I was however disappointed with the overall presentation of the book as the image on the cover looks very cheap to me and just stuck on. Not ideal for our wedding album and babies first year. I’ve decided to go with a different company to make my yearly photo books which is a shame as I wanted these 2 books to be the start of a matching collection. Im just not sure how they would plan to improve on this issue I have.

Helpful service but product is overpriced.Upgraded lettering is a disappointment as it is just heat transfer vinyl. Extra cost to remove logo on premium photo book. Understand additional cost on a classic photo book but this should be automatic on premium books that are double the price. The spine sticks and creaks so opening, closing, and moving the book around is audible. Spine requires manual adjustment when done reading and before storing as defaults to a lean.

I ordered 3 books and the largest of the 3 will not sit flat. It's frustrating to spend so much money for a low quality job.

My book turned out great other than the fact every page had an indent and the top. When I shut the book it does not close flat. It’s beautiful other than those 2 things.

Hello, I’ve been buying milk books for a few years now as have started the yearly family volumes. Unfortunately the quality has dropped down drastically. I usually buy the large landscape album and the pages are too thin now. There is a huge difference between old and new albums. It’s a shame as the old ones have so much more quality and looked upmarket.
