The cover page was a picture glued on with poor quality printing. Not quite what I was expecting. Wouldn’t order from here again

Great concept, looks beautiful on the website but was very disappointed with the print quality. I had uploaded high res professional pictures but the prints turned out very pixilated.

Horrible user interface. Expensive. Cover color was different than we thought.

I really want to say I love it but I don’t. I’m not sure if it’s the paper, the size of the book, the picture I picked for the front definitely doesn’t look right. I’m just not happy with it. One thing that bothers me is there’s huge gaps of white on some pages- I’m guessing from the layout but when I did the preview those gaps weren’t there. I wouldn’t care if it was something I made for me but it was a milestone gift For my parents. I won’t be giving it to them.

I purchased a voucher and when it came down to it I wanted to switch to a larger book. I didn't realize my voucher wasn't transferrable, so i reached out to customer service. This was an honest mistake, I said upfront I want to spend every penny I gave you already and more. I didn't have any intent on getting a refund, i just wanted to transfer my credits. After talking to two people and over 4 days - I was able to transfer most of my credit. And I spent an additional $60. It was a little unsettling that after all of this and purchasing a $400 book ( which i am happy with, the book is great) , the choice was to withhold a couple dollars as "non-transferrable" (a little humorous). When i received my book there was also a blue thumb smudge, but otherwise very happy with my end purchase.
