The leather backed book that I purchased showed me that it was quality when I felt how soft the leather felt on my skin, how sharp the texture was on the cover and the weight of the pages as I turned through them. Truly made my personal picture book feel like a archival piece.

Finish product received is beautiful. Print quality excellent, books themselves were well bound and appear high quality.

The book was perfect! I was worried there would be some flaws but honestly it turned out even better than I imagined could be. We loved it and I’d definitely recommend Milk for your custom photo books!

The overall quality is extremely high-end (the binding, the leather, the presentation box, the pages, etc). Print quality is excellent. Customer service was superb, went out of their way for me. Delivered VERY well-packaged (properly protected and a lot of attention to detail in the smaller touches). The only area of improvement would be that the online templates and editing options were somewhat limited so expanding those would be great. There was a strong glue smell coming from the binding upon opening the box too. Just something to note if you are sensitive to smell as I am. Might need to air the book out for a few weeks somewhere well-ventilated until it fades. Price-point wise they were the most expensive (despite receiving a great discount during sale time). But, at least they back up those prices with great quality and service. Had some issues with delivery/customs/etc which was a little annoying but they were very helpful in resolving it. Overall, I'd say this is a great choice for special albums that you want that heirloom quality for (wedding, engagement, births, milestone birthdays, special holidays, etc).
