I had a really good experience with milk book. At the beginning it was a bit confusing selecting which style of photo book would be best for my wedding album, but I didn’t realize that it would affect the ultimate printing design and availability at the end. For instance, I was not able to print any words on the outside of the album with what I had selected. I opted to pay in advance while there was a sale on which is why I couldn’t change the style of book I could use. Personally I think the brand should change that requirement… after all I’m paying $1,500, I should be able to switch the style and even pay more if I want. Anyway, the website and design portal was easy to use and they have lots of great layouts. The books arrived on time and they turned out lovely.

Easy to use Software with fast processing and delivery.

Excellent colour in the printed format.Easy to navigate. Excellent follow up from time of ordering all the way through to delivery. Delivery on time. My only complaint was with myself, for not ordering larger books 😩 My fault entirely😢Thank you for a wonderful service.

Love the quality of Milk books, especially the material on their covers, the quality of the paper and the photos within in. The page formatting maximising the space on the page. Can't beat it.

Recently I had an experience regarding a poor quality print for album with Milk Books. The support team had prompt response, and gave me all support to solve my question. They also offer a discount code fot use with a new album. After this experience, surely my next album, will be with the Milk Books.
