I had initially ordered a Premium Photo Book and, unfortunately, received a product with a stain on the cover. However, my entire perception changed when I reached out to Carl and his team for assistance. Within an incredibly swift 24-hour period, Carl not only acknowledged my concern but also took immediate and decisive action to rectify the issue. He personally ensured that a new Photo Book was promptly created and arranged for its swift delivery. I am genuinely impressed with the level of professionalism and dedication demonstrated by Carl and the MILK Books team. In retrospect, I must sincerely apologize for my initial emotional response and for hastily posting a negative review on Trustpilot before giving the MILK Books team an opportunity to address my concerns. I acted irrationally, and I deeply regret any undue stress or inconvenience my actions may have caused. MILK Books has surpassed my expectations by going above and beyond to resolve the issue promptly and efficiently.
