I have purchased Milk books for over 10 years now. They are simply beautiful in everyway possible. The calibration of their lab is much the same as any professional lab printing. It matches my calibration exactly. So no surprises other than the beautiful quality.

My photobook arrived today, earlier than expected which is very commendable given the problems that they have been having in Hong Kong with COVID lockdowns. The quality is the highest I have seen in any photobook, which justifies the high price. The color reproduction contrast and brightness of the images is also excellent.

Update 18 April 2022: After my complaint to MILK, I received the long-awaited parcel the same day, a detailed explanation & a substantial discount. The product itself is beautifully made, with a high quality finish - exactly why I chose them in the first place. My daughter & son in law were blown away when looking at the album - we could see them re-living parts of their special day again, which was very rewarding. Thank you for rectifying the situation, I’m now a completely satisfied customer who’ll be singing your praises in the future. Really glad I chose MILK now!
