We didn't have any big issues that needed to be resolved by customer service (this is a positive, of course!) so can't speak to how any sort of problem would be handled.
However, I did reach out early on to get some information about picture quality and the representative was very willing to give me the answers I needed and recommendations. This made us feel more confident that the printing would turn out well.
The online book designing tool was SO user-friendly and let us have a lot of creativity with the layout. So many more options for materials, layouts, sizes, layouts, customization etc. than some other companies we were trying out.
The price was a bit higher, but still comparable, to the other websites for the product we were looking for. We were luckily able to apply a 35% promo code with RBC to bring it down a bit.
Print and delivery time was extremely reasonable. Printing took the longest, about 2 weeks. Once shipped, arrived in less than a week. Be aware there will be duty (to Canada).
