Overall I have to say our book was great and we are really happy with it. The print quality is good, as are the materials used. It was useful to have the software highlight low quality images and pages with text boxes that had been left blank. The choices of page layouts are ok, we did have a number of images though that we just couldn't fit into any of the templates, no matter how hard we tried. It would also be good to have different formats on a page, it just helps with utilising all the images we had. I found it easier to do all the image formatting and adjustments prior to uploading to MILK. We placed the order 14 days before Christmas, and it still arrived in time for the big day, great service. Everyone we have shown the book to was impressed with the quality and feel of the book ( as well as my photography). Highly recommended.
