The quality is better than 2 other photobook printers that I have tried. Amazingly, the colour matched my new iMac monitor exactly!The customer service was excellent.

The best experience! If I could give more stars I would. The online interface is easy to use. Especially when I played more with customizing the layout. The book turned out beautifully. And the customer service was excellent. I ordered the Large Landscape Photo album. The deadline was kind of tight and ideally I needed the book before the latter half of the delivery window. The customer service representative, Dot, did a wonderful job of keeping me informed of the production. Though there was no guarantee (since they did not want to sacrifice quality printing), I just really appreciated the updates and felt like I was in great hands. The book arrived a few days before I needed it, and the printing job, look, feel, etc were beyond expectations. I'm a huge fan and will definitely continue to work with this company in the future.
