Excellent work. Totally pleased with it. One observation though: it wasn’t clear to me, during the Order flow, that the chosen shipping time mentioned in the site, had to be added to the printing time (around 5 more days) for thinking on a delivery date.I think I was only let know about it after having paid. That said, delivery was great.

Unbelievable Quality!We received our package sooner than expected, and it was secure with bubble wrap and two boxes to protect the quality of the product. As we opened it, we were in awe of the quality of the box it came in, and the lay-flat pages. It made looking at each page super easy! Everything from the design pages online to the purchasing of the book was easy and able to be done independently. I needed to reach out to customer service to get clarification on one of my pages, and the support team reached out to me quickly and helped me solve the problem. We are so glad that we spent the time and money to create a timeless piece that we can share with our families for generations.
