I've printed out three Milk books so far and I've reached out to their customer services a couple of times. They've been very professional and all have addressed my questions in a timely fashion. One went above and beyond and contacted me when she notice a potential issues (which they generally don't do that).

I could not be happier with my wedding album. I put a lot of time and effort into designing each page and when I finally finished and purchased my album, I could not wait to receive it. The final product did not disappoint. The pages are beautifully thick, the colors are stunning, and the quality is top notch.
