5 stars because the online tool was easy to use and customisable! I got a lot of inspiration from the Milk gallery too. I got my photobook within 2 weeks.. and this was during lockdown. When it came to me, I was a bit confused with the transaction and the customer service rep quickly got in touch with me and helped me to understand the process.
