Amazing quality and great customer service!
Although I had to pay a hefty shipping fee (after a hefty initial cost), I received the order on time and the quality was excellent. It's what you would expect for a $300 photo album. With that said, the photo book was damaged during transport, so I contacted customer service, and they sent me a new reprint for free. Really appreciated their quick responses and understanding!
