We just received our photo book and are very happy with the quality of it. We especially love the matte finish on the paper - so beautiful. Early in the process of creating the book, we ran into a technical problem - the response from customer service and IT was quick and our issue was resolved in short order. What a great company to work with.
This is our first book printed with MILK and we are definitely going to create more books.
There is scope for improve the texts

I have been printing in the Moleskine format since 2013, and I miss the old format of the texts, which could be more extensive. The new tool is very rigid with texts, so much so, that I prefer not to use them. Thank you and nice regards. Alicia

This was my first photo book and I wanted to write a story to go with the pictures for our foster baby about his 6 month journey with us. The book arrived in plenty of time before he left and was just beautiful. Thankyou.
