Excellent Product, Hidden DHL Shipping Charges

The book received is excellent, love it! The shipping charges were not as initially quoted and charged. DHL charged more fees while the package was in transit. Shipping turned out to be very expensive, unbeknown to myself – and hopefully MILK Books – at the time of product purchase.
