The overall experience was great! I opted ordering a blank book during their black Friday sale that I was able to fill in with photos at a later date. This was convenient considering I was able to get the sale price of the book and didn't feel pressured to complete an album in a short period of time. Creating the album was very easy to do! I uploaded all of the pictures and MILK books has suggested templates for the pages that can easily be swapped out for the template of your choosing. The process didn't take too much time. Because we ordered the books around Christmas time, the shipping was longer than usual but we knew that before ordering the books would arrive after the holidays. Once we did get the books, they were beautifully made and exceeded my expectations. We ordered two books as gifts to our parents and both sets of parents loved them! Overall, everything was very easy and I would recommend MILK books and plan on using them going forward.
