Absolutely thrilled with the albums that we had produced of our wedding photography. The web tools were easy to use and gave great flexibility and templates and the final product arrived ahead of schedule and a fantastic quality.

The website was quick and straightforward to use. The production process was updated as it went from order received to printing, then finally shipping. I was informed throughout during shipping as well. I was surprised to find out that while Milk is based in New Zealand l, it was manufactured in Hong Kong (hence the higher shipping fee). That was not evident on social media or anywhere on the website. Nevertheless the Moleskine Medium 40 page book I pre-ordered during the summer sale came out beautiful! The photo quality was crisp, the binding solid and handling was excellent (no bent corners etc. as I have experienced with other vendors and shippers). All in all happy with the product and service. I have another voucher I need to use soon so I can’t wait to see that finished product. Thank you Milk. Happy to have found you.

Very happy with our wedding album. I was nervous we’d have to pay customs/import duties but it was no issue in the end (based in Aus). Pictures are great quality and the packaging is a nice touch ☺️

The book is beautiful, even better quality than I imagined it would be! Honestly, I’ve never had something printed at such an exceptional quality. The “flipping experience” is smooth and perfect with the high quality weighted paper. We printed our wedding album, and it is 100% worth it as a beautiful keepsake. I did get it 50% off, and would have a hard time justifying paying $300 for a book, but am happy with $150! :)
