Someone had gifted me a gift card for a first year album for my daughter. Unfortunately the gift card expired before my daughter's first birthday. Milk Books was really good about extending the deadline with no hassle. They also answered A Lot of my questions in the process of creating the book.
The books are certainly pricey but the quality is outstanding. My other photobooks don't even compare.

Purchased a photo album for our wedding photos and was very happy with the result. Excellent quality; chose eggshell paper and a linen cover (no image) and extremely pleased. Appears very high end and professional but at a fraction of the cost.
Very easy to use editing software, and although I would prefer to have more control over custom layouts, none of my images were out of alignment so that's great!
