I wanted to gift my partner a book full of our travel photos as a keepsake, and that's when I discovered MILK Books. Everything from the luxurious look/feel of the cover, beautifully coloured photos and the details in the stitching - it's all great. Also A+ to the online book creator! The program is wonderfully simple to use and very intuitive (and this is coming from a digital designer). The printing to shipping process was super smooth and I was kept updated frequently when the next stage was reached. The only criticism I have is that I wish they had packaged the book a little nicer during delivery, as although it arrived safely in cardboard, I can imagine the experience would be better if it came in some nicely branded packaging (particularly when you consider the price of the book). I opted to have a photo embedded on the cover too, and although minor, if you look closely you can see it doesn't sit flush against the cover and is on a very slight angle. I had an issue trying to get a discount code to work on my order, but after a quick message to the team at MILK books they had it fixed for me in no time. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality keepsake.

Our wedding album turned out amazing! I was impressed with how nice the quality of the book was. The site was very user friendly and customer service was available via chat for questions I had. I can’t wait to make my next book.

This was our second purchase with Milk books and they never disappoint! The quality of the paper they print the books with is beyond reproach and our photos always come out as crisp and clear as they are on our computer screen.

The quality of the photobook we received was absolutely amazing. We used it for our wedding photos so we wanted to be sure we could capture the day. I think the software to create the book is definitely a bit confusing at first, especially when working with 200+ photos - but I still feel like once you learn it it isn't so bad. Happy to work with it because you really can't get something like this anywhere else. The quality is beautiful. Will definitely consider using for more special events!

We absolutely love our book! The quality is beyond amazing. I can’t say that any of the wedding books I’ve seen from my friends are anywhere close to this quality... Paying extra for the box was definitely worth it!
