Amazing quality! The images are perfect and the book itself is great! I’ve received so many compliments and will definitely be ordering again soon! It does take a little long to receive after ordering (about a month) so just keep in mind when placing the order!

I ordered three classic photo books & the quality of the paper, printing and binding was perfect. I am satisfied. I had used another popular photo book company for my wedding album which had professional photos, but it didn't look as good as these albums from MILK. I will order more for friends, however I only ask that MILK adds in GUAM to the dropdown list for shipping. A customer service rep. was able to fix this manually with the printer so my order would process, however, it would be nice to not have to contact a service rep. to do this every time. If you state to ship "worldwide", then please add this small island to your list of countries. DHL is my preferred shipper as the FedEx that was chosen from Hong Kong took way too long for the price I was charged. Unfortunately, it would have nice if that was refunded, but I didn't hear back from customer service rep.

The book is beautiful. The cover is perfect and each photograph looks great. The paper is gorgeous.

The MILK Books team are extremely helpful - always going above and beyond to help out with any advice or clarifications. They are friendly, approachable and great to communicate with and I'll always receive a response within a day. The quality of the books are always fantastic and look wonderful on my bookshelf. The program used to create the books is always being updated to make sure people get the most out of their treasured albums. I would highly recommend MILK books to anyone who asks advice on how to combined their memories into one amazing album.

We purchased two books from Milk and are very happy with their layout and quality. I think the only concerns I had were during the design process that 1) text areas could be left blank but not removed entirely (we weren't sure if they would show up in the final print), and 2) the front and back page designs were a challenging to work with, and we weren't really sure what the end product would be. That said we ARE very happy with the end products! MILK went above and beyond sending us samples for the paper and cloth options three separate times because the international post during the pandemic has been so unreliable that they kept being lost. So, we felt very secure in making those decisions. Additionally, they were very flexible with us when the voucher we purchased came close to expiring around the time our life was thrown into chaos and extended the voucher so we could still make the books we were so excited to have. The books are both very beautiful and sturdy, and I look forward to marking future milestones with this company!
