Everything was as expected! The quality of materials used is excellent, the analysis of the printed photos was very high and clear, the box was carefully designed! The package arrived within the estimated time frame and the tracking process was very easy and precise. Seriously impressed with the whole experience and quality by MILK books.I found the album creation interface online comprehensive and user friendly, and love that it saves your books so you can work on it gradually. I created an album to capture a baby photoshoot, and also a wedding album. The website made it easy to duplicate the albums, so that I could customise them for our family and friends. Upon receiving the albums, they were wrapped and protected neatly and well. Opening them, you can see the quality of the paper, and also the covers were premium, and crisp. It really made the photos look that much more beautiful. A lot of photography studios charge a huge mark up to print an album in house, so MILK books really allowed us to custom create our own ones, and at a reasonable price with excellent quality.

Such an easy, straightforward process right from understanding the differences between the different options to selecting the photographs. The finished result it absolutely beautiful. We printed photos from our 6 month trip round the world and it's been so nice to take the photos to show our parents and grandparents. Collating your photos takes a long time, but it was absolutely worth it! I also had a few issues with my gift voucher code but the support team were always super fast responding to my queries.
