Fantastic experience. The online software is a breeze to use and maintains good design standards (templates are designed nicely, good use of white space etc.). The output was the quality of a high end art/design coffee table book - similar to Rizzoli print books. The checkout process was smooth and delivery very quick. Extremely happy with the end result and would recommend to anyone who wants to build a high quality photo album.

The process was super easy, customer service very helpful, and the finished product absolutely stunning. I had a lot of photos to get through (I used this for my wedding album) and I'm so glad I used MILK books for it! I now have a keepsake that will last forever, at such a reasonable price (compared with what my photographer offered!)

MILK was easy to use and the quality was top notch. I was very impressed with the quality of the pages, the layflat printing, and the attention to detail. During the process, there were so many layouts to choose from and a variety of covers and fonts to pick - some other vendors I was considering did not have the option to pick your own fonts, etc which felt frustrating. MILK really made it feel like you made a custom photo book with a photography expert by your side. I ordered two for each set of parents and they loved it.

After I got the hang of it, I thought your book composer tool was well done and had the layouts I desired to use.
