Our photo book was delivered really quickly. From confirming our order to receiving it in the post was approx 8/9 days (including weekends). The quality was beautiful. Sharp colours in the photos are glorious to look at and the textured album is stunning to hold. A masterpiece that will be treasured forever. Highly recommend.

I loved my experience with Milk books. Once I got the hang of the interface for organizing pictures it really did work well. I ended up making 1 large wedding album for myself and 3 smaller photo books for family, they all turned out beautifully. I was happy to be able to buy the smaller books as Milk Books offers so many great coupons, it was affordable! The books are gorgeous and will be kept forever.

I'm updating my review to reflect the quality of the reprint MILK made for me.
I was unhappy with the first book that was printed because the photos fell flat on the paper it was printed on. I thought I had selected the recommended photo lustre paper, but in fact, I must have mistakenly put in the order with eggshell paper. I didn't get a physical proof - only a digital proof - of the original book, and so the mistake was missed.
Despite this being a user error, MILK's customer service reached out to me and reprinted the book at no extra cost on the photo lustre paper - it makes such a big difference. The prints are rich and colorful, reflecting the joy of that day. I'm so grateful that MILK went out of their way to fix this for me. I love the reprinted book - it almost made me cry.
The book is itself a beautiful object. Its weight, the fabric cover with photo inset, and the lay-flat binding all contribute to the pleasing experience of flipping through the book. I also liked the layout software and found it easy and fast to make a clean design.

The quality of the book is great! I love the material for the cover especially. The pictures look wonderful. There is one letter in the printed writing that only got the bottom half printed, but that was probably an anomaly and doesn’t bother me. Overall I was highly satisfied and I think my boyfriend will love it as our anniversary gift!
