Milestones

I created individual wedding albums for our parents. I was so pleased with the quality of the books, they are perfect - the quality of the paper/card, and the colours of the images turned out so well. I am already planning my next albums!

I ordered two photo books of our wedding to surprise my husband for Christmas. I was really thrilled with the outcome - the quality is excellent. My books have a lovely cloth cover with an embossed foil label. I found the interface on the website a bit tricky at first, but once I got used to it, it worked well. My only complaint was that I didn't have more control over the fonts, sizes, and spacing. I found myself not able to fit all my text, or with fonts that were either too big or not my preference. Overall, though, the cost of these books was significantly lower than competitors, so I can accept that the options were not as wide. I was concerned about tariffs and import fees, as some people on social media had issues, however customer service was responsive in helping me understand whether or not this would apply to my purchase (in the end it did not). I ordered my book in the thick of the holidays, so it did take a bit of time for it to print and ship. Once MILK shipped it, it arrived via DHL within just a few days. It was packed well, arrived in perfect condition, and we could not be happier

This was my first time using MILK for my book creation. It was far superior quality and craftsmanship than other major book creators I have used in the past. I will definitely use MILK for future projects. The exterior of the book is beautiful and offers more of a timeless design. The print quality is more precise to the design stage whereas other books from competing companies have printed darker than the design tool reflected. MILK is by far the leader in photo book creation now and I'm thrilled to be using MILK for my projects
