once I got my head around the uploading and design process (the tutorials are clear and very helpful) it was simple to create my book, and delivery was super quick. Good communication about deadlines for Christmas too. Finished book looks great, professional, makes our holiday photos look incredible. Was so impressed I bought my sister a gift voucher for a book.
