I ordered a 76 Page photobook from MILK with our wedding photos - The software wasn't 100% intuitive to begin with but after watching a few video tutorials became very easy to navigate and work through. The template choices were fantastic and absolutely gave a high end quality look and feel to the book. Ordering was easy, I made a small error with a date on one page and emailed within minutes of hitting the approval button for printing, MILK customer service was very helpful and immediately resolved the issue for me (Even though it was my fault). Production was super quick and shipping was extremely quick, only 3 days to arrive to my work address in Perth. Unfortunately the book was slightly damaged when it arrived (Had a dirty finger mark on the front linen cover which couldn't be removed) - I sent a photo to MILK who immediately ordered me a new book at no extra cost, no hesitations from them. The new book has just arrived and is absolutely flawless. The quality of the book itself is stunning, photo pages are beautiful, as is the cover and stitching on the spine. It looks better than other friends who spent $1500+ for a professionally produced book by their wedding photographers, ours was done at a fraction of the price. Over all, 10/10 in every way and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again - I would disregard any negative reviews as my experience, was entirely positive and the after sales support was faultless. Quality - 10/10 Service - 10/10 Software - 7/10 (Just because of the learning curve) Communication - 10/10 Shipping - 10/10

My book turned out beautifully! The photos are so clear and the colors are so bright! The pages of my album are really nice and thick! It was so easy to make and to personalize how I liked it! I had a few questions about certain things when I was making it and I got instant responses from the team and they were so helpful!

The quality of the photo book that I created is superb. There was a very bizarre incident with the shipping -- in which I received a giant box of LEGO's intended for someone else -- but MILK Books dealt with it quickly and professionally. The reprinted book that they made for me arrived with no incident and is gorgeous.

Beautifully made photobook. Perfect for wedding albums. I was keen to find a really special online photobook company to (finally) get my wedding photographs printed and so pleased I found MILK. I really enjoyed creating the book using the online software - it's really user friendly. In my experience, making photo books is always quite time consuming (I'm a designer - and a bit of a perfectionist) - but the software really sped things along. I recommend not trying to squeeze too many images onto one spread - layouts where the images fill the whole page really allow the photography to shine. I especially loved the pink linen cover option - as this matched my groom's pink linen suit. The quality of the printing and paper exceeded my expectations - I'm so used to ordering printed goods online and being slightly disappointing with the results - but this was not the case. Really loved the option to have the printed - really professional finishing touch. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time if you're making your photobook as a present - as with many photobook services, the lead time is a few weeks, I annoying ordered a few days too late and missed our anniversary! Whilst MILK doesn't offer the cheapest photo books on the market - if you're looking for something special, beautiful quality, that will be cherished for generations - I would 100% recommend paying a little extra and printing with MILK. Personally - it seemed like a shame to spend so much money on a wedding day and then penny-pinch when in came to creating an album to remember it with. I look forward to flipping through the pages with children and grandchildren in the future!

I’m very happy with my book. It’s just amazing and excellent job. My photos have very good quality. All my family is happy with my book and they also wanna know more about you guys. Thanks for make of my weeding photos something that I’ll have for the rest of our lives.
