Anyone can probably make a divine photo book with the right tools, materials and craftsmanship and there is no doubt that my Milk photo book is in the top of its class for all these things. Quality and workmanship - our of the ballpark. However, what is not always sung loudly enough, is customer service that goes above and beyond and completely exceeds your expectations. I experienced this at the tail end of my dealings with Milk about my photo book and I was truly in happy tears with the empathy and the understanding and the wonderful solution they offered to a problem caused by myself. A solution they didn’t have to offer but one which they did with great professionalism and in doing so, they offered me, now a customer for life, their true worth. A value as a company that goes so far beyond the product they produce. That right there, is the real value.

Excellent quality, love it so much! Will continue to make milk album as a collection. The e-copy service also provide a good means to share our precious moments to our family and friends. Just a minor comment on the book as per our experience, it may easily grow with some mould :p see if milk book can improve it, many thanks.

My husband and I received our wedding album last week and it is just perfect! MILK have surpassed all our expectations and delivered such an amazing product. The quality of the album and finish on the pictures are absolutely amazing - we couldn't have asked for anything better. Creating the book was simple and easy to do. The demo videos helped to organise our photos and get started. As you progress it's great to see your masterpiece come to life. The customer service team are also fantastic. Living in the UK and it being early evening, I had a query about the voucher we'd purchased and redeeming it at the check-out process. Despite the time difference between London and New Zealand, Courtney replied to my voicemail within the hour and got everything cleared up for me. Thank you again Courtney. I would recommend MILK to anyone planning on designing their own wedding album!!!
