My husband and I received our wedding album last week and it is just perfect! MILK have surpassed all our expectations and delivered such an amazing product. The quality of the album and finish on the pictures are absolutely amazing - we couldn't have asked for anything better. Creating the book was simple and easy to do. The demo videos helped to organise our photos and get started. As you progress it's great to see your masterpiece come to life. The customer service team are also fantastic. Living in the UK and it being early evening, I had a query about the voucher we'd purchased and redeeming it at the check-out process. Despite the time difference between London and New Zealand, Courtney replied to my voicemail within the hour and got everything cleared up for me. Thank you again Courtney. I would recommend MILK to anyone planning on designing their own wedding album!!!

I loved my experience with MILK Books! My sister and I created a book for my mom's birthday. It was beautiful. I had some issues with resolution during the creation of the book but the customer service was incredible. I will definitely be using MILK Books in the future.

Exceeded my expectation

The website was very user-friendly, and it was always easy to visualise the album coming together. The product arrived quickly and was exactly as expected.. high quality! I made the photo book as a present for my parents and they absolutely loved it :)
