The album greatly exceeded my expectations. The quality is top notch and completely worth the money. Arrived safely, packaged very well. I love that you can customize the size and placing of the pictures when creating the album, instead of being limited to a default collage. Highly recommend Milk Books if you want a high quality album.

I want to review specifically a customer service by Courtney.I ordered a book as a gift for my parents who live in Russia, and there were problems on the russian side with customs and DHL, so the package went back to the shipper, but Courtney helped to retrieve the package and was emailing me every step of the way for a new delivery process. I didn't see a book myself, but I am sure it is gorgeous as other products I've previously ordered.
