The design process was very easy, they honored all promises made to me via customer service, and the printing process was faster than stated on the site. Most importantly, the book itself is GORGEOUS. The pages are extremely high quality, nice and thick, and looks professionally done. The display box is expensive but worth it - the whole thing is like a work of art that I'm proud to display for guests.
