The quality of the premier photo books is as good as anything you would purchase by a professional publishing company. I have made and received two so far. The binding, covers, paper, and six-color printing all come together to make a really special book that should become a family heirloom. The layout software is easy to use and fairly flexible once you learn a few tricks and production and shipping are impressively fast for a product like this.

My experience with MILK Books was absolutely incredible. I had missed the cut off for Christmas delivery and was hoping to get my book before New Years, since it was a gift. I reached out to their customer service team and spoke to Jacinda, to whom I relayed my situation and BEGGED her to see if there's any possibility that the delivery could be rushed. She was wonderfully communicative, assuring me that she reached out to the product team but couldn't guarantee anything. She later responded that they were doing all they can to rush the order and lo and behold, I got my book on time! I couldn't have been more grateful and the level of service and constant communication was fantastic. I commend Jacinda and have nothing but the best things to say about my experience.

The process of creating a MILK album was A+. Easy, intuitive, and FUN. Not to mention the final product came out incredible. Our wedding album was hands down better than any other album service we found on the internet. Highly recommend this to anyone interested in beautifully preserving photo memories.

I love that the MILK books platform enables you to create your own album! I attempted to use another service before and dreaded the numerous amount of emails back and forth with the editor to make the book exactly the way I wanted it to be. With MILK books, I took as much time as I needed, had the perfect variety of layout and options available to personalize the book to my needs. The whole process of creating and designing my wedding album was simple and fun! I am impressed by the quality of the photo album we made for ourselves as well as the photo books we made for our parents, they both came out perfect! I definitely recommend!
