I had originally ordered a similar book from Shutterfly, but they lost my order, and had horrible customer service. Milk books service was such a contrary experience. Amazing.

I've loved my Milk book creations. Each book is printed beautifully and each client I make them for is over the moon when they see and hold their special book. My only wish is for a better image library system. It would be better if each account had it's own master library (not attached to each book that needs going back to old books to import images into new books), that you could create your own folders and sub-folders within your own master library for faster and easier selection of images for not only the book you are working on now but for all future books. I'm very systematic and love a clean and easy platform but the library is cumbersome and when you are at page 100 of your book creation and you have to toggle through small thumbnails to find the image you are up to, to add it, it is time consuming and painful and I start to wonder why it couldn't be easier.

I made a MILK Book of my daughters wedding and it is spectacular! Making the album was very easy and so enjoyable choosing the photos to use. I used photos from a photographer.

Experiences may vary. I used MILK Books because I needed to find an affordable way to have photo-books produced. I believe they are the right people to cater for what I need. After spending an hour getting an understanding of the online layout, I placed my order without much trouble. After placing my order, customer care were able to respond to my email queries in a timely manner. Even when I needed a last minute change of delivery address, it was catered for without a problem. This was something I highly appreciated. After placing my order I read some negative reviews online of people who had bad experiences with MILK Books. I was worried about the outcome of my order, because these angry customers actually had some legitimate complaints. I admit I had my worries at the time. Now I've received my order & I have no complaints about the print quality. Its amazing & has truly brought out the quality of the photographer's work. However, the binding of the pages has some signs that it could be done a bit better. I'm also not convinced that sticking printed images to the cover is the best way to get this aesthetic done. Even with these two points of note, its really nitpicking on the great overall job that MILK Books have done with my 2 photo books. After so many words, my experience with them was a good one. I'm not here to say you must use them or have to try them. I just want to let you know that in my case, everything worked out brilliantly. I hope you have a good experience with them too.

Amazing customer service that were very quick to respond to some questions I had. Beautiful product that was of the highest quality. Only reason for four stars instead of five is due to price being a little higher than I would have expected.
