Very happy with gorgeous product, but read the help docs

Our photo album is gorgeous. I was anxious after seeing some of the negative reviews, but it is beautiful! No problems with color or pixelation. I would recommend reading their help docs before buying and checking the color profile and resolution of your photos--they recommend no smaller than 150DPI resolution and only RGB photos (they don't support CMYK). That information is buried in their help docs and not made very clear in the book/album design process, and it is entirely up to you (the consumer) to verify your photos are the right type, as they don't have staff that check your photos before printing. But as long as you're savvy enough to know how to check resolution and color profile, you should be fine. We're very happy with our album; we will order more albums in the future for ourselves and have already ordered a book as a Christmas gift.

It was very easy to make the book; I really like the system of breaking up a stream of photos into page batches and then adjusting the layouts. The book looks gorgeous. The photos are crisp, the cloth cover is very nice and the paper is good quality. The book arrived in good time and there were emails and texts to alert me when it was coming.

I think I have made more than 10 albums and each time I am making something different and interesting. The choices and themes of albums are great, the quality is amazing... It is more memorable than just to print your photos....

WOW! WOW! WOW! My husband worked so hard to design our Souvenir Wedding Album and the printing made by MILK Books is superb! So much quality; unique and beautiful. The binding and cover material is perfect. The glossy colour interior pages are masterfully made. The souvenir box is wonderful. It's very sturdily built and will surely last for years. Bravo!
