Good online interface and quality of the books is definitely superior to other major photobook vendors. However, they charge 2-3x more than the market, which does not feel justified. I'd pay a 50% premium perhaps, but not double or triple.

The book is beautiful and is really high quality. I only wish the website had been more descriptive as far as how thick the book would be - I purchased the box for the book and the box is the expected thickness of a book and the book itself is very thin - it is kind of disappointing to pull it out of the box.

Photobook looks professional, and timely prints and delivers. Keeps memories that are priceless.
Knocked off one star because it is pricey - I was able to get a discount code to bring the price down for 176 pages to $370. I will say Shutterfly (same # of photos) did the same job and with discount codes brought the price down to $80. Yes - I placed an order with both. Milkbooks does look more appealing/elegant.
