Booklet and presentation was excellent, but I did find that crafting the photograph layouts was not intuitive, a bit clunky and changing one photo might have a knock on impact on subsequent pages. I’m not very computer savvy so it may just be my incompetence!

Loved my photo book. The interface is simple to use and quick compared to other photo book companies. Really awesome that they provide a no branding option also.

Good online interface and quality of the books is definitely superior to other major photobook vendors. However, they charge 2-3x more than the market, which does not feel justified. I'd pay a 50% premium perhaps, but not double or triple.

The book is beautiful and is really high quality. I only wish the website had been more descriptive as far as how thick the book would be - I purchased the box for the book and the box is the expected thickness of a book and the book itself is very thin - it is kind of disappointing to pull it out of the box.
