Milestones

Ordered our photo books from MILK. Got really clear timelines as we ordered around Lunar New Year, so knew there would be some delay. However, felt like the still arrived really quickly considering. The only thing I wasn't prepared for was import tax, around half of the order price. Probably for me to know, but might be used to be noted as you never really know where products are coming from - in this case it's Hong Kong.

Materials and production are beautiful. I found photo layout editor to be clunky and unintuitive. While there are many choices for photo layouts by number of photos, they are all variations of the same theme with great difficulty altering them. Summary: if you can navigate/accept the editing frustrations, the end result is as advertised and is of premium quality.

I liked the making the book and it was easy to doI loved the finished product But I wasn't very happy with the just under £50 import tax I have had to pay! Which makes the product much more expensive!!

I purchased a large premium photo book for my husband on our first anniversary full of our favourite wedding images. The detail, the quality, communication and overall prompt delivery was incredible. My only note is my book was significantly smaller than what is typically advertised online so I do recommend upgrading and adding more pages. I love our wedding album but it's so thin (28 pages) and not as impactful as I hoped. I will be purchasing again!

We chose a magazine style photo book and although pretty expensive I have to say it's worth it! The quality is superb and it perfectly represents our wedding. The only reason I've deducted a star is that we felt slightly limited by the options in choosing styles for uploads. Sometimes the options for photos on a page weren't what we wanted but we managed to work with them.
