Very nice paper and photo quality and cover but I did find the website a bit confusing about where I post pictures where was title etc and had to start again twice as I did not find re0rdering the photos easy, my second one I will be buying again

I ordered three photo books and I’m really happy with them! The quality is great — vibrant colors, sturdy pages, and a beautiful finish. I love how they turned out. Shipping was fast, but the cost was quite high, which added a lot to the total price. The books themselves are also on the expensive side. It would be great if the website offered more flexibility with layout and text placement when designing the books — customization options feel quite limited at the moment. That said, the overall quality is really good, and I’m very pleased with the final result. I’d still consider ordering again despite the higher cost.

The photos that I uploaded were professional highest quality photos of my wedding. But when it was printed it looked so much darker than expected reducing the quality. I even checked the quality on the website before ordering and it confirmed it was at the highest quality. I’m very disappointed, specially considering the price of the album and shipping! UPDATE: The team got in touch following my review. They were very helpful in explaining why in some cases the photos will appear darker when printed. They were also very thoughtful in the way the have gone about resolving this for me. Thank you to the team!

The cover is lovely, so is the finishing of the embossing. Some of images look like they printed a little saturated (?) compared to others. Good quality for price.

Great quality products - very pricey including shipping. Still get one each year. Reasonably easy to use online layout/formatting.
