My experience was ok!

The customer service was great! They were very helpful and the staff were brilliant. The website was very easy to use, it wasn't complicated and great for people with limited computer ability. Some of the information about the product was hard to find and not easy to comprehend. Overall it was a good experience!

The online platform through iPhotos was decent (not perfect), but intuitive enough and didn't take too long.

Beautiful Product, Incredible Quality! I've created a couple of books on Milk now, and they're by far the best quality. Especially for keepsakes like wedding days. It's a great way to capture your favourite images and messages in one place, which looks and feels beautiful too. A couple of bugbears that don't seem to have been sorted in the 5 years since I last used Milk. 1. It would be so great to have the ability to organise photos better and to delete any duplicates that you upload in error. I couldn't find any intuitive way to delete images at all, which causes a bit of an editing headache. 2. It took me a little while to figure out that the spacing issue that was being flagged on the text boxes wasn't because of the text, but because somehow extra space had been created. Perhaps a little note to let folks know about that might be helpful. I nearly pulled my hair out before I figured out what was causing the flagged error. 3. I wish there were a way to flip an image easily within the editor. So you can easily have an image face the other way, should you wish (for example, it's better having images face inwards, but sometimes the image for a specific spot is facing outwards - hope that makes sense?). But otherwise, it's a high-quality product and a great company.

Beautiful books! I love the custom design options, pairing both photo & words if wished. The editing process was fairly smooth. The glued on front cover doesn't make me think these are any superior to some other brands that sell at better value in my research. I was thankful for a discount, but wished there was a better bundle value since i bought 5 books, the website was not as user friendly. They took a long time to ship.
